Chicago Park District Announces Extended Pool/Water Feature Season


The Chicago Park District is extending the summer swim season at 20 neighborhood pools through Labor Day, while all 23 swimming beaches continue their regular season through Labor Day and more than 200 water play features will remain on through September 30th. 


3rd Ward community pools with extended swim availability include the Washington Park Pool (5331 S. Russell Drive), and the Taylor Park Pool (39 W. 47th St.).
