October 8th Update

Dear Friend,

I have some bittersweet news to share with you. My Chief of Staff, Katherine has accepted a new career opportunity. Katherine has been a loyal part of the 38th Ward team for 14 years! She has always gone above and beyond for our constituents, and her contributions will be deeply missed. I truly appreciate all of the hard work and dedication that Katherine brought to our office and I wish her all the best on this new chapter!

Our current staff member, Dan will be stepping into the role as the new Chief of Staff. Make sure to stop by the 38th Ward Office to meet Dan.

HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS

The 38th Ward Office will be closed on Monday, October 12th in observance of Columbus Day. The office will reopen Tuesday, October 13th at 9am. Please note that there will not be black cart collection on Monday, October 12th. All City-collected refuse will be serviced Tuesday through Friday. Residents should ensure all black refuse carts are accessible throughout the week of collection, not solely on their regular day of collection. Recycling will not be affected.

Sincerely,
