Just three weeks to Go!
Dear community partners and neighbors,
The 46th Ward Back to School Bash is Almost Here!
The countdown continues! In just three weeks, we'll gather at Clarendon Park on Saturday, August 1, for our 3rd Annual 46th Ward Back to School Bash, one of our favorite days of the year and one of the largest community events in the ward.
What started with just a couple hundred neighbors has grown into an event that now welcomes nearly 2,000 attendees, providing students and families with school supplies, community resources, food, entertainment, and everything they need to start the school year off strong.
This event wouldn't be possible without the incredible support of our community, especially our 46th Ward businesses, organizations, and neighbors. Your investment in our community helps make this event bigger and better every year, and we'd love for you to be a part of it.
There are so many ways to get involved:
Donate School Supplies
Help us fill backpacks!
Donations are being accepted July 1β31 at the 46th Ward Office (4544 N. Broadway). Just walk on in!! You can also support families by purchasing items directly from our Amazon Wishlist.
We're looking for volunteers to help with event setup, activity stations, resource distribution, and more. Whether you can give an hour or the whole afternoon, we'd love to have you on our team.
Businesses and organizations of every size can make a meaningful impact. Sponsorships help provide free school supplies, activities, entertainment, and resources for hundreds of local families while offering recognition throughout the event. Every contribution helps us create an unforgettable day for our community.
Whether you're donating supplies, volunteering your time, becoming a sponsor, or simply helping spread the word, your support makes a real difference for 46th Ward students and families.
If you have any questions about sponsorship opportunities, volunteering, donations, or getting involved, please reach out to Tanya@46thWard.com. We'd love to partner with you to make this year's Back to School Bash our biggest and best yet.
